Courses are mapped to the applicable 29 CFR 1926 (and 1910 where it applies) sections, so an inspector or client asking "which requirement does this satisfy?" gets an answer in seconds. When an underlying regulation changes, the affected courses are flagged for review instead of quietly going stale.

Supervisors, trainers, and evaluators run a real practical evaluation with pass/fail items, notes, photo evidence, location, and a signature captured on the device. Failed items send the worker back for retraining — the record shows exactly what was observed and by whom.

Trainer profiles store identity, credentials, what they are authorized to train or evaluate, authorization expiration, and a signature on file. Sign-off is restricted to the courses and equipment on that profile, and expiring authorizations trigger alerts before they lapse.
Only authorized trainers can sign off the courses and equipment listed on their profile. Authorization expiry drives an automatic alert before it lapses.
